It Seemed Like a Good Idea at the Time

We decked the halls last night. Whew. Those martinis are tasty but they sure do knock me off my feet. Note to self... weeknight martinis... never a good idea. You see, my alarm clock (by alarm clock I mean my 11-month-old) goes off at 5:30 a.m. every day and she doesn't appreciate it when I press the "snooze" button. 

Ah well. We had a great time putting up our tree and getting into the Christmas spirits. I mean spirit. :-)
